Challenge
Phase one had to get to deployment; phase two had to move beyond a baseline system to change across manufacturing and site operations.
Approach
Phase one: we led the testing, change and finance workstreams through deployment. Phase two: led initiation — setting up the PMO and governance, defining scope and initial requirements and shaping the high-level design.
Result
A shift from baseline deployment to wider business change, alongside rescued $1M+ finance projects, customised ABAP reporting and underused SAP modules taken live.
