Reviving a stalled global AI transformation
A global insurance broker
Challenge
A £15M+ global AI and automation programme across 15+ countries had stalled.
Approach
We reshaped the client’s operating model around AI and led the build of an in-house multilingual AI contract-review tool comparing original and renewal contracts, flagging changes with confidence ratings.
Result
From 0 to 40% delivered in six months; contract review time cut by around 95%; manual work removed from 400+ roles; and a client-owned AI Centre of Expertise to take over from the external vendor.
